Leash Policy Disclaimer
This fee will apply when the pet(s) are taken out of their home on a leash (including, but not limited to: apartment buildings, condominiums, non-fenced backyards, broken fences, front yard access, bathroom motivated dogs and/or walks less than 20 minutes). Dogs will not be allowed to go outside without a leash unless there is a secure fully fenced yard. This will ensure the security of your pet when taken outside of your home, without the owner present, and fully under the team member’s care.

Cancellations
Customers may cancel up to 24 hours before an appointment starts before the 75% surcharge is applied.

Last Minute Requests
Customers may schedule up to 24 hours prior to the start time of the appointment before the 25% surcharge is applied.

Holiday Charges
There will be a 25% surcharge applied during these observed holidays:
New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Day after Christmas, New Year’s Eve

Medication Charges
There will be a small charge for pet(s) who receive oral medication or injections. This is due to the higher liability of care. Please see details below:

Medication (In Food): If the client requests that we provide medication wrapped up or hidden inside of the following – pill pocket, wet food, cheese, deli meat, etc – that counts as “in food” since the dog willingly takes the pill, and incurs no charge. (+$0)

Medication (Orally/Topical/Drops): If the client requests we need to hold the pet, open the mouth, massage the neck, or provide any sort of additional mechanisms while giving an oral/topical/drops medication – that will incur this charge. (+$3/pet)

Medication (Injections): If the client requests any type of injection – including, but not limited to: insulin, chemotherapy, antibiotics, etc – that will incur this charge. (+$5/pet)

(We all know dogs can be stubborn sometimes, so if we find a pet did not take the medication easily as mentioned by the client, we will discuss the difficulty with the client, and determine if the medication charge is necessary moving forward)

Please Note: If your pet is aggressive during medication administration – we reserve the right to refuse administering medication to your pet and you will be notified.

Farm Animals
Rates for your farm friends (Horses, Cattle, Mules, Donkeys, Pigs, Goats, Chickens, Roosters, Ducks, Geese, and Turkeys) will be separate from the domestic pets, and may be provided upon request.

Wedding Canine Companion
Would you like your pet(s) to watch you tie the knot? Or maybe you’d like them there for the photos to remember those moments fur-ever! This is possible with us! Rates will vary based on location, dates, and services needed – please email us for a quote!

Key Pick Up/Drop Off
Key pickup or key return (that occurs separately from the Meet & Greet or final pet visit) is $15.

Additional Meet & Greets
The initial Meet & Greet is FREE. However, when the Client requests the same Team Member to come by for another Meet & Greet, without change in location, routine, or animals – there will be an additional $15 applied.

 Groomer/Veterinarian
(Drop-Off Only or Pick Up Only)

1-3 miles: $25/each way
3-6 miles: $30/each way
6-10 miles: $35/each way
10+ miles: $35/each way + mileage (> 10 miles)

Additional Pets: +$5/pet/each way

Groomer/Veterinarian/Dog Park/Emergency Vet
(Team Member Stays until Completion)

1-3 miles: $35/hour
3-6 miles: $40/hour
6-10 miles: $45/hour
10+ miles: $45/hour + mileage (> 10 miles)

Additional Pets: +$10/hour/pet
